A medical facility is seeking an Accounts Payable Clerk for a full-time position. Work hours are Monday through Friday, from 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. Job Responsibilities: • Enter and print invoices, track delivery, and verify pricing • Obtain receiving/proof of delivery • Match invoices and purchase orders, assign general ledger codes, and total and enter in QuickBooks • Get approval for payment of utilities • Audit employee expense sheets, prepare payment checks on open payables, and remit refunds to private pay customers • Answer vendor calls and emails and reconcile vendor statements • Maintain spreadsheets for allocating expenditures and file documents • Perform other duties as required Required Skills and Experience: • Must have a working knowledge of Accounting principles • Must have excellent telephone and public relation skills • Must be proficient with Word, Excel, Outlook, and Quick Books • Must have a solid work history with no attendance issues Only candidates that can pass a background, fingerprint check, and drug screen will be considered. reply to this post and submit your resume.

Dear Client, I am Aruna Ceyardass from South India with around 19 years of experience in core accounting area. I have done certification in Quickbooks Online and Xero. I have 16 years of experience in Quickbooks Pro2000 and 4 years of experience in Xero, Quickbooks versions of 2008, 2010, 2015, Wave accounting and MYOB with Microsoft excel and Adobe reader for preparing the schedules and related worksheets. I can control and maintain full set of accounting system including Account Receivable, Account Payable, Fixed Assets, Monthly P&L and Balance Sheet Statement, Cash book, General Ledger and prepare all statements for tax purposes, as per the directions. I have been in assistance level in preparing all types of Tax returns like 1120S, 1120, 1065, 1040 and 1099 ETC, have worked for different types of companies like Gas and Conventional stations, Restaurants, Hotel, Hospital, Real Estate, Property Management Agents, Manufacturing, Wholesale, Retail, Maintenance Service, Kids Care School, etc. Moving forward, i can dedicate up to 25 hours/week and my daily working hours are negotiable. If the contract is finalized for long term basis then i can dedicate more hours. I work professionally and independently to strict deadlines and deliver high quality solutions to meet clients' needs.
