Automated Bibliographical List Construction

We are interested in automating process for construction of a bibliographical list using EUROPE PMC. Europe PMC is a powerful tool in that you can use syntax to find relevant scientific articles. For example, try the search query :METHODS:Xenolight This search query will pull out all articles in which the word Xenolight appears in methods section of the article. All results can be downloaded to a CSV format. For such searches in EUROPE PMC (and similar searches using syntax), we are interested in generating an excel spreadsheet which would have the first name, last name, email address, institution, article title and location of the corresponding author. EUROPE PMC offers various developers tools such as a bulk download of database. Ref. [login to view URL] We are looking for a developer which would be interested in working on this project with us. i.e. automating extraction of search queries to an excel spreadsheet (in csv format) which would contain the following fields: first name, last name, email address, institution, article title and location of the corresponding author.
