I am Geographic Information Systems Certified Professional (GISP) and I am experienced in working with publicly available GIS shapefile data, ESRI REST data management, mapping and geospatial analysis reports, along with programming and coding.
I teach Environmental Regulation at a major research and innovation University within the U.S. and I am PhD seeking student in the Geography and Environmental Science Department of the previously mentioned University. So I am very experienced in analysis and report writing.
I am extremely knowledgeable with all areas of environmental systems concerning the U.S. Gulf Coastal regions, and have done research and analysis in many of the Gulf of Mexico adjacent regions including Louisiana, in fact I was just in New Orleans recently for the Association of American Geographers annual conference.
I am goal oriented, and accustomed to working in teams or individually. I am organized, communicative, and my skills in Geospatial Analysis, Geolocation, Cartography & Maps, Data Entry, and Excel are a good match with your project needs.
Please feel free to contact me if you have any questions or would like further information or work samples beyond what is included in my portfolio (I am also able to provide references if necessary). I hope that we can work together to successfully fulfill your project needs (for map analysis and creation, and report writing) and I look forward to hearing from you soon.
Best Regards,
Nigel M Joseph
