The responsibilities of the clerical assistant include answering and directing calls, listing property, sorting the daily emails and leads, maintaining filing systems, and typing up forms and other copy. Clerical assistant Responsibilities: *Answering and directing calls, taking messages, and making phone calls on behalf of the company. *Listing on rental sites. *Fixing appointments with respective Occupants interested in viewing. *Typing forms, correspondence, memos, and other materials. *Completing assignments and projects according to instructions from supervisors.
