REQUIREMENTS - Provable experience with Magento 2 product data entry IS REQUIRED - Attention to detail We are currently changing our website to run on Magento CE 2.2.x. We have a large product catalogue which we need entering into Magento 2 through the back end administration panel. We will provide the catalogue, guidance on categories and searchable fields, images and any other data required. However, the product catalogue is only available in PDF or printed format, so the information must be entered by hand. Each item will also need to localised into different languages, these being English, Portuguese, French, German, Chinese and Spanish. An estimation is that there are around 8000 products, but 5 different languages, which would be a total of around 48,000 product entries. The website is currently being built, so we expect the data entry to begin in a couple of months. Please do not just put in a quote with the comment 'I can do it' and put in a nominal value of $500. Please make sure that you FULLY UNDERSTAND the scope of work required to undertake this project as we will pay the amount on the quotation only. We will not award this job to you just because you were the first to reply! This project has already been approved and will be given to the most competent person. Please only reply through this site. The email address on our website goes to the sales team and will just be deleted. If you have any questions at all then please let us know. We expect that there will also be further work in the future (after this initial project) doing data entry as we expand our use of our new website. Freelancer deducts their percentage from the quoted money, right when the job is offered and I can not risk losing that much money, though I am interested in the job. As you stated "We will not award this job to you just because you were the first to reply!", I believe you might read the application too. I reviewed the job post thoroughly and understand the requirements. I also noticed you have catalogs in 9 languages and now you want to work on 5. My quote for the project is £7700. I can work with either setup, with different Magento installs or you even if handle 5 sites through same Magento install. I believe, the latter is what you have set up. hello sir I have seen your project and I have previously worked on products uploading.. i have seen in PDF that 12 fields per product has to be uploaded and each product has to be uploaded into 5 languages and i will do this task within mentioned budget and time.

Hi I'm part of a small group of a developers who are interested in this project. We aren't a giant agency, just a few developers who are out of Florida, USA and Buenos Aires, Argentina. We have an idea of how to make this process a bit easier, less time consuming, and potentially cheaper for you. We can create a script to extract all of the data from the PDF and import the products automatically using Magento API. In order to determine if we can do that we would just need to know how the PDFs were created and if they use a uniform template throughout all the languages. We are new to Freelancer.com so we don't have any job history through the site, but we can provide examples of past and current projects we have worked on for your peace of mind!
