Hi -- I am trying to find quotes from Venezuelan President Hugo Chavez from 2006 or earlier. Specifically, I am looking for promises he made like "health care for everyone" or "we will eliminate poverty."
Any kind of promise he made, I am interested. But it would need to be an *exact quote* from him, and have a verifiable source (like: "everyone will have access to good health care" -- Chavez, speech in Caracas, 3 March 1998.)
That is not a real quote. What I am hoping is that you can do research in old newspapers or broadcasts and find real quotes of his promises. Of course, you have to search in Spanish and then translate his promise to English. I will verify any quotes you send me to confirm they are accurate.
Will pay $20 per promise you can find that meets the above standards.
