**You are required to have Freshdesk, Shopify, Aliexpress and Google Sheets and Docs experience** You will need to be available for graveyard shift. (9am-5pm EST) As a Customer Service Agent, you will work under the Customer Service Coordinators guidance. The Customer Service Agent plays a vital role in all aspects of the business including helping customers with complaints and questions, giving customers information about products, and processing returns. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: * Answer customer service emails * Locate and track packages * Make changes to orders - Per the customers request * Other assigned Customer Service duties Requirements: * Fluent or Native in the English Language * Proven working experience as a Customer Service Agent * Results driven, sense of urgency, and a high standard of professionalism * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Experience using: Google Sheets, Docs, Freshdesk, Shopify, and Aliexpress.

Hi, To be honest, I have no direct experience using Freshdesk, Shopify and Aliexpress but know what they are for. I am a fast learner and dealt with different systems so that will not be a problem. I have 12 years of experience in customer service on all platforms (voice, email, and chat), including providing technical support assisting major telecommunication and television providers in the US. I have almost two years of experience being an executive virtual assistant providing administrative assistance as well as system recommendations to various small business entities mostly in real estate and other fields. Hello. I am certainly an expert with Shopify, Email handling, and answering tickets. However, I am more experienced in using Zendesk. Nevertheless, I dont think I will be needing a lot of training since Freshdesk is the only tool I have not tried with, but rest assured, I am confident that I could learn to navigate Freshdesk easily. I am new to this platform but I can assure, you will never regret in accepting me as part of your team.
