Here’s what I expect: • A personalised medication timetable covering all current prescription drugs, formatted in a printable chart and a simple digital file (PDF or Excel). • Clear guidance on storage, timing around meals, and what to do if a dose is accidentally skipped. • A short hand-off call or chat (15-20 minutes) to walk me through the schedule and answer final questions.
