Hello I am looking for a team of at least 5 persons (10 will be good) for A..D.UL..T CHAT PROCESS Following are the terms 1) Rate per message will be 0.02 EURO (FIXED) 2) TIMING  For US accounts, that is 12AM to 12PM Philippine time. Sometimes, there are still messages beyond 12PM especially during weekends.  For Canada, that is 8AM to 12PM then 4PM to 10PM Philippine time. But then again, there are still messages even if it is not peak hours so they can still log in if they want.  24*7 process  3) Payment There is 20 days buffer for the first payout. Afterwards that, you will receive the payment with 10 days interval.  CUTOFF 1-10   - Payday is on the 30th of the same month 11-20  - Payday is on the 10th of the next month 21-End day of the month - Payday is on the 20th of the next month You have the option to make it once, twice or three payouts in a month.  Payment via Freelancer only 4) YOU NEED TO ATTEND ORIENTATION VIA S.K.Y.P.E AND PASS THE QUESTIONS TO WORK ON THIS  EXCELLENT COMMUNICATION SKILLS IS REQUIRED. 5) TARGET PER DAY WILL BE 150 MESSAGES THE MORE YOU DO THE MORE YOU WILL EARN  6) Work as per your convenience Apply only if you have excellent communication skills and ready with the payout rates and terms.
