HI there, My Name is Vlad, I am managing partner for [login to view URL] We are seeking for someone with Excel, Photoshop,pricing and currency skills and abilities.. Foze is a World leading company specializing in Luxury High end vintage Products. The Company is based out of Los Angeles and Miami and we are a team of 5 dynamic and self motivated guys from Montreal Canada. We Wholesale Luxury goods such as : bags, watches, jewelry with Brands such as ; Louis Vuitton, Chanel, Hermes, Rolex , Cartier, Breitling etc..Our products are 100% authentic and pre-loved. We provide for Big online private boutiques (flash sales) such as Brandalley, Hautelook, Bazarchic ,Nordstrom and many more.. We wholesale for everywhere between 175k to 300K per month and we are looking to expand to an average of 500K/month. In order to do so we will need to create more events with more stock and more clients. So, more Job.. The way we work is the following: - We book an event ( sale ) with a client. -We send Excel Spreadsheet with content (see attached file with example) to our clients with a drop box link were you find all the HD pictures for the items to our clients. - We freeze the stock while the sale goes online ( 4 days). - then ship what is sold to the client.. We are looking for someone that will create the events with our operation Manager Frank : So basically, here's what needs to be done in the spreadsheets we send to our clients when we create the events : So we need someone who is able to simply copy and paste specific columns or row to another Excel sheet. We also need that person to be able to crop pictures to fit in the spreadsheet we use in order to show the products. Simple calculations formulas are being use such as SUM and also margins and discounts formulas. Locking formulas in the spreadsheets will often need to be used. We need the candidate to be able to make research about the MSRP of the products we sell (Original Retail price) on Internet and that, in different countries or regions. Another task will be to go online, find the currency exchange rate of the day on a specific website and apply it to the prices in a spreadsheet from US currency and convert it in EUR since we want to send an offer to a client in France for example. The candidate will also need to have basic Photoshop skills to retouch the pictures we use to send to our clients. Usually, we take around 4 to 9 pictures of a product to display it as best as possible So the employee will have to Crop the pictures in order to fit the required dimensions. Using the clone stamp tool and also the brush tool to fix imperfections especially on the watches to give the impression of a polished watch on the final product. Put the picture on white defined background. And then save the final image under a determined Sku# and number of product image. A bit of customer service skills is also an asset as the candidate might need to answer emails about returns and other problems or inquiries in a near future. - Frank will be the one giving you a formation on creating the vents, as well as on what needs to be done on the spreadsheets and on Photoshop. The candidate should be : Dynamic Good with Excel, pricing, formulas, margins.. Good and fast in Photoshop speaking English follow the money currency.. CAD, US, Euro etc..
