Sourcing potential clients in Thailand, Hotels, Restaurant, Food and Beverage

We produce ice cream and are looking for a skilled virtual assistant with best sourcing skills for the Thai hotel and restaurant field. You are asked to source all 4 star plus Hotels in Bangkok, Pattaya, and in a radius of 60 kilometres around Pattaya. As well as the highest ranked 30 restaurants (if different from the hotels) in Bangkok and Pattaya, taking into account Tripadvisor, Trivago, Google, etc. You should find for us the name and contact data of the person in charge of buying and negotiating food from their suppliers. Be it the chef de cuisine or the F&B manager or whoever. You will provide his/her contact information, and information about his/her position in the business, his/her kitchen style, i.e. Western, Thai or other Asian origin, as well as his preferred contact language. We also need to know his/her opinion regarding organic food, sustainable production, social and environment friendly production of their suppliers. Please gather data if they already implement social and environmental values in their daily work. We need the data in the 2nd week of october, and is has to be reliable. So you are asked to start contacting the hotels only at the end of september in order to get fresh data. The data sheet must show: name of business, internet rankings, name of responsible person, contact phone and email, style of food, preferred language, opinion regarding handmade food, organic food and social values.
