ONLY apply if you are in SOUTH AMERICA. If you are NOT in SOUTH AMERICA your proposal will be rejected. This is for 40 hours per week. FULL-time job. You will be making phone calls, writing emails, and sending text messages in English and Spanish. Must be SUPER flexible on days and times as shifts will change depending on our needs. For example. Monday to Friday 8AM-4PM (New York Time) [1-hour break not paid] + Sunday 9AM-2PM (New York Time). These hours may change depending on the needs of operations. This means you might be switched to Monday to Friday 3PM - 9PM, and possibly Saturday and Sunday 1-6PM (New York Time). * It is critical days and hours are flexible. * It is critical that your English speaking skills are perfect. As well as your writing skills are decent. * It is critical that you have organizational skills that are exceptional. * It is critical you have 'excellent' connectivity to the internet You will be supplied VoIP access to send text messages and talk to prospects and clients. The position and job is for property management. People will be calling with questions regarding apartments for rent and existing tenants with problems. You will be responsible for managing properties remotely. You will be trained to deal with vendors clients and prospects. As well as short-term rentals such as Airbnb, VRBO, etc... and manage their requests. Your job will require installing monitoring software on your PC ([login to view URL]). The software will monitor your actions on your PC and video. The video camera setup is required during work hours. If you feel uncomfortable being monitored, do not apply for this position. If you have intentions of working multiple jobs during the time of this job, do not apply for this position (eventually we will find out). You must submit a daily report of what was achieved every hour of work completed.
