I am looking for a tool that I can use over and over for the following. I buy and sell raw land and am looking for a way to price my offers more accurately by getting data from real estate sites. Here is what I am thinking, I just don't know how it can be done, this is where you come in as the expert. I use websites like Zillow, Realtor, Redfin, Landwatch etc. to gather data on vacant land to figure out what the average price is per acre in each subdivision. I would love to be able to put a link of the website that I am searching with the criteria I am looking for and have a web scraper scrape the data and put it into a google sheets and run macros (scripts) to figure out the average price per acre in each subdivision. Or if I can't have it scrape the data just by the link then I can copy and paste the data into Google sheets and have it fix and arrange the data into categories. I have an example of what I am looking for in Google sheets but would like to improve on the idea. Contact me for more info and more specifics of what I am looking for.

Hi there, I am based in Florida, US (-5 GMT). I have wrote almost the exact program you're describing as a learning project a while back. It currently makes use of Redfin, but I'm certain I can adapt it for Zillow and Landwatch. You enter an address (in this case perhaps a parcel ID) and it gathers the desired fields and presents them in a Google Sheet. We can fetch the info from 3 sites, average them down, and provide some further calculations based on the metrics you need. I look forward to working with you, Michael
