What does it take to make a clickable thumbnail for a YouTuber? Do you know? Do you have what it takes to regularly make thumbnails for my channels? I have several YouTube channels. On average I publish 100 videos a month. Each of these videos needs a thumbnail. When I shoot a video I put the video title, image file numbers and description of what I would like the thumbnail to look like in a Google Spreadsheet. I then upload the referenced images to a shared dropbox folder. The thumbnail is then created and delivered via dropbox within 48 hours. On occasion I have a rush job, but 24 hours is usually a sufficient turnaround time. [removed by Freelancer.com staff, off-site communication prohibited] Once I find the right candidate I am happy to put you in contact with my current thumbnail designer. I am sure he can vouch for everything I have said before and he'll also tell you that we are easy to work with.. which is very important when working with someone in a long terms setting. I have attached some samples of the great thumbnails that my current thumbnail designer has created for me. I am very happy with his work, but since we're hiring someone new, I need the quality of work to exceed what he has done. If we aren't reaching higher then we're moving backwards... and I don't want to move backwards. Backwards is boring. I am a client that you'll work with month in and month out. Regular work. On average of 100 thumbnails a month, I require 24 hour turn around and great communication. This is ongoing work and hope to work with the same person for many years. I pay $5 per thumbnail and send payment once a month. I have also hired my current thumbnail designer to help me with many other side projects over the years, so there's plenty of opportunity there as well. Below are examples of what I am looking for. Okay This is not a requirement, but if you can do a sample it would be appreciated. Feel free to watermark it if you would like to as I am only asking you to do this to see how you work and not to get a free design. I don't work for Ford, I don't even own a Ford, I just thought this might be a good exersize. Design Brief: I need a thumbnail for the New Ford EcoSport, image attached. I need this thumbnail to be clickable.. by that I mean, it has to be attractive and enticing enough for someone to want to click it. Image attached Also, here are some points of interest EcoBlue diesel engine & AWD 1.0l EcoBoost engine
