Mine data on two hashtags on Twitter

This is not that complicated, but since I do not have a Twitter developer account, it is impossible for me. I need someone to mine basic data on two Twitter hashtags for the period between September 10 and October 28, 2018. I need only: 1) The text of all tweets which used this hashtag (I expect up to 10 million) during the period; 2) Date of each tweet; 3) Number of likes; 4) Number of retweets; 5) Number of replies. The data must be organized in an SPSS compatible format (.dbf, .csv) with one line/row for each observation and one column for each of the variables above. So the end result should be a dataset of aproximately 10 million x 5. This is for a research paper and, should it be published, I will include a footnote recognizing the person who mined this for me. I´m on a clock, so I will need the data in a week.
