The major deliverable is an end-to-end software system that includes a GUI for users to interact with, the program logic, and error handling. The main user of the software will be using Windows, and will not have an internet connection, therefore the software should work offline. The input file will consist of a CSV, attached to the project files, the data is time series, with the column names containing specific parameters. The user will input a date range as well as the specific parameters that they want. The output will be a PDF report that consists of the user-selected date range and parameters. The report will have a standard format that does not change except for the data. Attached is a typical CSV file the user will be adding, as well as a reference of what the output report would look like.

Hi there, I checked your attached files. Yes sure. Surprisingly I've all relevant skills skills. I can handle your project perfectly using Python. I'm expert in GUIs and data processing. You'll have options for selecting parameters, range of date, and few other options such as selecting output directory etc. In the process, program will output HTML, then with wkhtmltopdf will convert it to PDF.
