Excel mapping

I need someone to build a couple of what i would think are relatively simple excel projects for me. Here's the first one . . . I run a medical office. My providers do housecalls of varying categories. Unfortunately my electronic medical record does not calculate payroll on its own, rather I have to manually count the various types of visits being done and then enter them into my payroll system, which is time consuming. I can download the report of various types of visits being done by each one of my providers. I'd like to have someone setup something where I download the excel report and then the excel report is automatically mapped into some kind of a destination file, but first run through formulas where the payroll is already calculated. I then just need to plug those numbers generated by the destination report into my payroll program. The second task is to create something where my mileage is automatically calculated per provider. I can download an excel file from my medical record where the provider’s schedule is laid out, visit by visit along w/ the address they visited. I need someone to create something where from this report the total mileage for the week is calculated using the addresses in the excel report, which will come laid out in the order that they saw the patients along with the dates in which the patient’s were seen. I’d prefer to not have to download a separate report per each date, but I can do this if I need to. The formula would have to take into account that at the end of every date the provider has to go back to their home address, then the next date it has to know that the provider begins from their home. I think this could be done using the Bing integration, but I’m not sure. Whoever can pull this off at a good value will get my priority business moving forward. I will have lots and lots of data driven tasks to perform in the near future as will some of the folks that I’m partnered with.
