msaccess programatically add tabs at runtime

I have a database and after a search open up a form- but what I want to do is open the form within a tab that opens programmatically - up to 6 tabs in total.
The search field has to be on the page, with a button one a name is found that opens up my form which takes its information from Table: ClientDetails Form:ClientDetails ----- here is a basic explanation of how this can be done [login to view URL] . All I need is a template that I can then use in my own MSAccess databse system.
