Updating Flutter App for 2023 Event

Job Description:
Hi -
I have a Flutter app written for an event (source code is on github). It's needs to be updated for this year (content) and then it needs to be compiled and uploaded to the app stores. I would like a quote for this.
Then, possibly, there are a few improvements that could also be made:
1) Update the db for the app to make it "dynamic" (general content and event-specific) so that the app could be updated for similar events without re-submitting to the app stores. Preferably would use googlesheets for this.
2) Include a small "back" button for all the screens.
3) Improve reporting features (that are come from the database)
4) Perhaps some aesthetic improvements.
Ideally, I would like a quote for these upgrades as well. Thanks!
