Although I am a newbie in the freelancer world, I have worked with at Delphi since 1997 with Delphi 3 until Delphi Seattle and Rad Studio 10.2 now. This is an interesting project related to graphical interfaces and animation. I am an experienced information system developer and architect and I have worked with several technologies and graphical components, gaming engines and OpenCV. Nevertheless, I think it is important to clarify what are the use cases and non functional requirements because it is not clear in your short proposal. So, I propose a longer period.
