# Business Development & Client Acquisition – GenIgnite Technologies **GenIgnite Technologies** is looking for a proactive and results-driven **Freelance Business Development / Client Acquisition Specialist** to help us generate and acquire new clients for our **IT, software, AI, web development, mobile app, ERP/CRM, BPO/ITES, and digital solutions**. This is a **performance-based freelance opportunity** suitable for individuals who are confident in lead generation, sales, client communication, negotiation, and closing business deals. ## What You'll Do * Research and identify businesses, startups, organizations, and companies that require IT or digital solutions. * Generate qualified leads through: * LinkedIn * Email outreach * Phone calls * Social media * Business directories * Freelancing platforms * Government/private business networks * Other suitable lead-generation channels * Approach business owners, decision-makers, companies, and organizations professionally. * Introduce **GenIgnite Technologies** and understand the prospect's requirements. * Identify opportunities for: * Website Development * Web Application Development * Mobile App Development * AI/ML Solutions * AI Automation * ERP & CRM Solutions * Software Development * API Integration * Cloud & DevOps * GIS & Geospatial Solutions * Data Processing & Data Entry * BPO/ITES & Back-office Services * Medical Billing & Healthcare Processes * Data Annotation & Labeling * Digital Marketing and other IT-enabled services * Qualify leads and share project requirements with our internal team. * Follow up with prospects regularly. * Participate in discussions and negotiations when required. * Help convert qualified leads into confirmed projects. * Coordinate with the GenIgnite Technologies team after the project is finalized for a smooth handover. ## Compensation This is a **performance-based freelance opportunity with no fixed salary**. The freelancer will earn commission for eligible projects successfully generated and closed through their efforts. ### Commission Structure **Client Project Value → 10% Project Fee Deduction → 35% Commission on the Remaining Amount** ### Example – ₹1,00,000 Project * Client Project Value: ₹1,00,000 * 10% Project Fee: ₹10,000 * Remaining Amount: ₹90,000 * Freelancer Commission (35%): ₹31,500 * Additional ₹5,000 Bonus for ₹1 lakh project * **Total Potential Freelancer Earning: ₹36,500** ### Example – ₹2,00,000 Project * Client Project Value: ₹2,00,000 * 10% Project Fee: ₹20,000 * Remaining Amount: ₹1,80,000 * Freelancer Commission (35%): ₹63,000 * Additional ₹10,000 Bonus * **Total Potential Freelancer Earning: ₹73,000** There is **no fixed upper limit on earnings**. High-performing freelancers can potentially earn **₹5 lakh–₹10 lakh+**, depending entirely on the number and value of successfully closed client projects. These are potential earnings and are **not guaranteed income**. ## Monthly Project Bonuses * **₹1 lakh+ client project → ₹5,000 additional bonus** * **₹2 lakh+ client project → ₹10,000 additional bonus** Bonuses will be processed according to the agreed terms and applicable project/payment conditions. ## Ideal Freelancer We are looking for someone who is: * Experienced in Business Development, Sales, Lead Generation, or Client Acquisition. * Confident in communicating with business owners and decision-makers. * Strong in prospecting and generating qualified leads. * Comfortable with email, LinkedIn, phone calls, and online communication. * Good at sales presentations, negotiation, and follow-ups. * Proactive, self-motivated, and target-oriented. * Able to independently identify potential business opportunities. * Experienced in selling IT/software/digital services is an advantage. * Interested in building a long-term relationship rather than completing a one-time assignment. ## Work Arrangement **Work Type:** Freelance / Remote **Working Hours:** Flexible **Payment:** Performance/Commission Based **Location:** Remote **Engagement:** Long-term collaboration possible Freelancers who consistently generate **genuine and high-quality clients** may be considered for a long-term business development relationship with **GenIgnite Technologies**. ## What We Expect We are not looking for freelancers who simply provide contact lists. Details of your previous performance, if available. ## Important Terms Commission eligibility, lead/deal attribution, payment schedule, project cancellations, refunds, client payment realization, bonus eligibility, and other applicable terms will be clearly defined in the **final Freelance Business Development Agreement**. Commission will be applicable only to **eligible projects attributable to the freelancer's efforts and subject to the agreed terms**.
