Django link advertisement images with the admin page and edit product detail page

I have advertisements on the main page of my website. I would like to link that to the admin page so I can control what goes there from the admin page. Also, another mini task will be on the product detail page I have ready to ship and on-order display a hardcoded number those number must change to be dynamic so when I enter a new product I enter the quantity available in the house then when an order goes through the available number will be subtracted by one.
Also, when the available products get near-zero I would like to see a flag saying need to stuck.
Note: no code will be shared you will work off Teamviewer.
