Custom Chat & TreeView WPF Project

Job Description:
A WPF Project using .NET Framework 4.8 to build a window and user controls in line with the attached mock-up. This should be packaged up as a project that demonstrates the functionality requirements detailed below.
Chat Requirements:
- Simple chat view in a scrollable view.
- An input box for user to enter a response, which triggers action when user presses enter.
- Attach clickable items to a chat 'bubble' in the scrollable view.
- The option to set up to 4 'quick responses' which add to the chat. When not present the chat view should extend to cover this space.
Custom TreeView Requirements:
- 3 Levels
- Expand / collapse at a node
- Edit node name with a cancel (return to pre-edited node name)
- Delete node for level 2 and 3 nodes. Level 1 node cannot be deleted.
- Grab and drop node re-ordering and level changes for level 2 and 3 nodes. Level 1 node cannot be moved.
- Parent can't become it's own child node when re-ordering.
- If level 2 node moved to level 3, all child nodes added as level 3 nodes directly below the moved parent.
General Requirements:
- The output should be visually as similar as reasonably possible as the mock-up.
- UserControls should be made for repeatable components.
- The window should have a minimum width and height set.
- The window should handle scaling when expanded or contracted to utilise all screen space.
