I'd start with the reports and the statements, since those are what you'll check first. Financial, sales and inventory reports come first, then client statements pulled straight from the job sheets. Interim payments, claims and material costs come after that. They all feed the balance on a statement, so I'd rather build them on top of it than bolt them on and rework it. I haven't seen the code yet, so day one is reading what's there before I touch anything.
