The hardest part of this job is refining the Bremer Bay Bird Hide design from certification to IFC level, so making sure all the details line up for that. I'll take the existing dwg file and make the shell grit path run all the way to grid line C, also removing the screening at the rear of the structure. For the structural items, I will use AutoCAD to review the posts, bearers, and joists, and then clarify the balustrading design. The problem I see is the balustrading detail, so I'll need a clear direction on that to avoid it becoming a point of failure.
