I am starting from scratch, so the guidance must be truly step-by-step—covering product research and selection, store build-out, conversion-oriented design, fulfilment options that work locally, and the full spectrum of marketing strategies (organic and paid) required to generate consistent sales. I’m prepared to compensate only after the store is in profit, so you must be confident in your ability to teach and implement what works in real life, not just in theory. Screen-sharing, real-time feedback, and clear action plans are essential; recorded walkthroughs or SOPs that I can revisit later are a plus.
