Hi it took me about 15 minutes to translate this part as you can see beneath (I cannot place all the text 2500 char limit). Witch checking it would take about 30 minutes to translate 200 words. That is 7 full hours for the complete document. I can deliver it in 2 days for € 75. Diabetes type 2 (T2D) is in de 21ste eeuw een grote uitdaging geworden voor het menselijk welzijn. Het aantal personen met deze aandoening zal naar verwachting stijgen; tegen 2045 wel 700 miljoen verspreid over verschillende leeftijdsgroepen. Ook de globaal geschatte kosten voor diabetes zullen naar verwachting stijgen, grotendeels vanwege de implicaties van deze aandoening. T2D is een langdurige gezondheidsprobleem vanwege het voortdurend verlies van β-cell insuline afscheiding of vanwege de toenemende weerstand tegen insuline. Het grootste deel van het voedsel dat we nuttigen wordt afgebroken tot suikers en in onze bloedstroom afgegeven.
