Senior Associate-Proof Reader (Dutch)

Innodata is seeking Senior Associate (Dutch) with proven ability to join our Team.

Role:

• Editorial tasks (Proofing) for Loose leafs

• Editorial tasks (Language related Proofing) for Updatable Books

• Achieve and maintain “Certification” Level and reduce need for SQC to the minimum (spot sample).

• Perform QC on other correctors’ work.

Educational / Professional Qualifications and Experience

• Experience as Dutch copy editor a plus

• Proficiency with Dutch copy-editing instructions

• University Degree / academic level a plus

• Dutch copy editing/writing experience a plus

• Dutch writing experience a plus

Skills and Knowledge

• Eye for detail and quickly adapting to new instructions/requests

• Punctual

• Effective time management

• Efficient planning.

Personal Characteristics & Behaviors

• Eager to learn

• Fast delivery

• Flexibility and able to cope with work load during peeks

• Accuracy in following up of instructions.

Other Qualifications, if any

• Must have own computer with Windows 7 & Office 2013, or more modern

• Must be legally eligible to work in Suriname

• Availability: 40 hours per week

• Will work from office facility
