Features on Magento online store

I already have an online store in Magento. I want to add "create custom product " feature. "create custom product" section. The custom design section enable customer to create custom product (like custom Tshirt, sweater or pants and so on) 1- Customer will choose the product type -size(Tshirt, sweater, dress, hat, or pants and so on) 2- He can upload his design and write any text in any language, he can adjust the position of the design over the product. (all over printed) -- " exactly like beloved shirt application [login to view URL] ". It will be like editor where customer can edit the model of the product design. There is save and share button. Customer can save the custom product in his deign list (My design)- page consist of all the designs created by the customer. The design will be attached with the order and will be sent to the admin. The admin can add any product type in the future like (iphone cover, blanket, bag) The admin can choose some customers and upgrade them to designers to sell their designs. Designer can create custom products with their designs and add information about the product (name-description). The product will be submitted to the admin to accept it or reject it. If its accepted, the admin will complete the information of product like categories, quantity, available sizes, and price and it will be saved in designer collection and published as new product Each customer specified as a designer will have extra information 1- financial information 3- products with his Designs 4- live sales report with the profit of each product(with details) Each month Profit of each shirt= Shirt price*DesignerProfitPercentage (Note:The percentage is defined by the admin) automatically send email to designers and admin at the end of each month.
