Scope of Work Seeking a curriculum designer, writer and/or instructional designer to produce interactive and transformative elements for the organization's LMS. Each module will consist of approximately 20 to 30 minutes of eLearning. Content developed will be based on adult learning theory, gamification, personalized learning and best practices using existing workshop curriculum, learning tools and resources. Project Deliverables Develop dynamic instructional interactions and simulations to create the fifteen interactive and engaging pre-learning modules (20-30 minutes microlearning) from research based content. Create each module as a standalone and within the curricula. There will be six learning pathways.
