Anyone telling you you can use ground as esp32 touch pin is really wasting your time ,one question i should ask is why in the first place you'd want to use Gnd as a sense pin, if you need additional touch pins you and do this in code in combination with another gpio pin or add some sort of multiplexed circuitry.
