I am professionally a motor designer with knowledge of 3 phase BLDC/PMSM motors with Outrunner as well as Inrunner(IPM and SPM) topologies.
Till now I have designed various motor with power ranging from 250W to 10Kw, below are details of motor that i have designed and manufactured to validate, all of these motors are for electric vehicle Traction purpose.
1. Outrunner motor with 250watt power output
2. Inrunner SPM topology motor 3kW power output
3. Inrunner IPM topology motor with 1kW and 6kW output power.
I have been implementing concepts of Magnet embrace, Halbach array and reluctance torque to design high performance, high torque and higher efficient motors.
I use Ansys Maxwell for 2d and 3d FEA simulations of motor, and will provide you all FEA simulations performed under this project.
I would be giving you details of all manufacturing process that will be needed to be used in manufacturing of motor.
I will also provide you all details of winding diagram, lamination CAD for laser cut, wire gage, insulation details, Hall effect sensor positions and everything that will be required to make your project a success.
I will also suggest you best readily available controller if needed.
Also, I do have prior experience with lamination fabrication houses, and winding services available in my country i.e., India.
