A skilled wire person/box builder is required to assemble a test box for checking low-voltage connections for a prototype electric vehicle charging station. The test box will be in a standard off the shelf case (like an attache case) which opens up to reveal a panel. Behind the panel will be a circuit board that connects to a main connector and several test point connectors mounted on the panel. A 1m cable is also required that connects to the main connector and has a connector at the other end for connecting to the charging station for checking correct installation & operation. The job requires high quality soldered joints, cutting a panel to fit the case, driling and fitting the connectors. The job requires to be completed by end of March and a fix price quote will be required.
