I'm an engineer with many years of experience in microwave field, along with my hardware, firmware is getting more and more important. Now, for some of the project I'm developing I've no time to learn concept that are not in my background therefore I think it will be better to rely on people that already have this kind of knowledge.
Project Overview:
The board will control the amount of garbage thrown away.
The user access will be through NFC (card and/or smatrphone)
Simple graphic display
Customer list management to grant access.
Periodic connection to customer server through a 2G/3G/4G , most likely using MQTT over ssl connection
OTA firmware update
Bluetooth connection for local firmware update, sistem configuration and local data download.
