Looking for an Electronic Engineer to connect an aquaponic system

I want to find a solution to connect leds and an aquarium pump together in order to connect the whole to the mains socket. The pump must, in addition to being connected to the LED transformers on the 220V side, have a waterproof and easy-to-use connection. The LEDs must, in addition to being connected to the transformer on the 12V side, benefit from an easy-to-use connection. The goal is to have a system that meets European standards in three parts: - a led part with 15 cm of wire and easy to use connections - an aquarium pump part with a waterproof and easy-to-use connection - an electrical transformer part with the led connection on one side and a connection with the aquarium pump connection on the other side. All connected to a final wire leading to the mains socket. This is the part I need. I have a supplier for the leds and for the pump. I do not have an electronic transformer supplier. This is a project to sell products in France and Europe. I am looking for an electronic engineer who can carry out the technical drawing of my request, analyze the necessary components and with whom I could define a sourcing of these components to achieve this system in an industrial way. System sketch attached All the components (except Led and aquarium pump) will be positioned in a box integrated into the product with adaptable dimensions and hermetically sealed.

To find a suitable AC-DC 12 V converter (transformer you name it), after you provide specifications for LEDs used; 2. To work on solutions for connectors, waterproof sealing, CAD drawings, etc. Main challenge I see - to comply with all regulations. I'm an electronic engineer with about 25 years of experience, also about 7 years of experience in 3D modelling using SolidWorks. Experience with Arduino and ESP32 controllers.
