I'm building a UV Sterilizer,
I need a touchscreen that will control a Raspberry Pi with the following functions
Delay on start up to 30 seconds, in order for the person to leave the room, after that, it will energize an electronic relay to power up the UV lamps and airflow fans for certain amount of time up to 2 hours, and notify via beeping or via WiFi or Bluetooth that time is done. also a cooling down time.
Also it will have motion sensors to shut off the lamps instantly in the event that somebody enters in the room being treated to avoid UV exposure that will cause damage to eyes, after that resume with the timer or to reset the treatment to zero adding again the delay on make to allow the person to leave the room.
A counter or count down time of Lamps life, a reset button for end of life lamp replacement and or a notification of any failure, like lost of power, one or more lamps not powering up or similar, I guess I will need a current sensor or UV light sensors in order to detect that.
A short welcome audio/video that the user can disable if desired.
All to be controlled via touchscreen of 5 or 7", with potential different screen resolutions.
All buttons will have feedback with color change and beeping and the option to disable the beep if needed.
Also it will be possible to use the unit battery operated so a charging setup and discharge rate is needed, I may need to provide a way to calculate based in consumption or similar, with room for small to extra large batteries that can last up to 48 hours without recharge, this can be a different setup as in units without batteries this will be useless.
It is necessary to have a go back to the home screen in all screens or pages if more than one is needed, the layout has to be simple to be understood by any operator with very basic knowledge and a quick instruction guide in notepad or similar in case of doubt.
I'm an electrical engineer but I'm busy with other projects and work.
I have other projects to design like an oven shape box to sterilize phones, envelopes, etc. this unit is to be counter top.
I'm also looking for somebody that can teach or train me quick, in the event of an instant modification needed, as I can do it but I know I'm slow.
I'm open to your suggestions to make this better.

I'm already experienced with Raspberry pi. I have done lot of project in raspberry pi. Relevant Skills and Experience Embedded hardware and software, IOT, WEB design and pyqt for graphical design
