Hi, I'm an expert-level embedded developer with over 20 years experience. I can design, build and deliver a USB true RNG (non-deterministic i.e. not a pseudo-RNG) that delivers results through the USB port. I'd also like to discuss with you the parameters you need adjustable (i.e. the bias). The result will be fully-tested and statistically checked for randomness using standard tests and/or any criteria you specify. The design (schematics/parts list) will be complete and without error. And the result (the design + the built circuit) will be reliable and do what it's intended to do without error or issue. Depending on your requirements, I could create something using an off the shelf module or, if you prefer, a custom design that would fit in a small USB thumb-drive sized package. I can also create Windows test programs in C/C++ that interface with the device via the USB port and display the randomness as a bitmap along with statistics as a simple way of demonstrating the device's performance and randomness. Good day, Do you wish a circuit based on existing hardware such as Arduino or equivalent board for example, or a custom PCB board, which is fine either. I propose to read the noise on discrete elements such as from diode or operational amp, would this fit your needs ? We handover the code, PCB layout, wiring diagrams, working principle. Is that a business project, student or research, else ? A detail reading the description, with a true RNG, the bias will be insensitive, although it can be done and taken in account, as long as read noise is nondeterministic, the output result will not look any different with a bias. Usually, RNG take entropy from many different sources, mix up and use hash or cryptographic functions for example to issue result. Here we probably won't do this, rather real analog from the noise source(s) and issue an output after a few refinement of it. Would this fit your purpose ? May i know the usage intent of the device ?
