Hello Sir, i have already developed tea / coffee vending machine circuit and PCB for 2 3 companies like... myTea Kaprigiani Divine Tea Vending Solutions I have already a PCB design which you can use as it is but also I can develop for you as per your requirement I have used ATMEL ATMEGA644 and IRFZ44 for as driver unit and LCD 16X2 YELLOW/BLUE and desired power supply using... LM2576 or ST1S14 as your wish I can develop it.
