I need to bring an Infineon TriCore-based MCU SAK-TC397XX-256 back to life even though the original binary is long gone. The goal is to recreate the complete firmware by extracting whatever resides on the MCU, disassembling it in Ghidra (my preferred analysis environment), and rebuilding an image that can be flashed to a fresh chip with identical behaviour. Key deliverables • A safe dump of all on-chip code and data, carried out without damaging the device or triggering permanent lock-outs. • A Ghidra project containing fully labelled functions, data structures, memory map and peripheral initialisation details. • A buildable, assemble-ready firmware file that boots and operates just as the original. • Concise technical notes explaining any security bypasses, boot-loader quirks, and verification steps so another engineer can follow your process.
