I am looking for someone to create a Matlab program for a cuckoo search optimization algorithm. Specifically, I need the algorithm to be aimed at minimization rather than maximization. I'm not sure whether I need a result for a specific value or if I need to apply the algorithm to a real-world problem. Therefore, I am looking for someone who has experience working with cuckoo search algorithms and is proficient in Matlab. I require a high quality program that is thoroughly tested and ready to implement.
