Looking for project Estimators

Hello, I'm a qualified Structural Enginner and Quantity surveyor wit more then 10 years of experience. I have a vast experience in estimating substructure, frame, upper floors and roof sections (according to UK NRM1 sections 1.0 , 2.1, 2.2, 2.3) and a bit of externals (8.0 externals). Most of bills are done according to SMM7, just a few according to NRM2. Using Bluebeam software for measuring (in pdf) and excel for summarizing and producing bills. So, definitely can make measuring, but billing/tendering/pricing will require further training from my side. Codes knowledge: UK SMM7, NRM - good Software knowledge: Bluebeam, Excel, AutoCAD - excellent, Revit, Masterbill - average Payment rate open for negotiation Regards, Alex

I have been working as a planning Engineer at a interior contracting firm for more than a year and also have relevant experience in Estimation of a building as i have worked as a estimation engineer at construction firm. To answer a question of what makes me the best freelancer even tough being a fresher to be doing this is that i have a best time management skills and have the best ability to meet my deadlines.
