Position: ERP Integration Specialist
Location: Kenya (on-site)

We are a manufacturing company based in Kenya, specializing in the production of plastic and steel products as a service. As part of our commitment to efficiency and growth, we are looking to integrate ERP Next into our operations. To support this initiative, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced ERP Integration Specialist to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the ERP integration project, collaborating with key stakeholders to understand business requirements and design an effective implementation strategy.
- Configure and customize ERP Next to align with our manufacturing processes, ensuring seamless integration and optimal functionality.
- Develop and implement data migration plans, ensuring accurate and efficient transfer of data from existing systems to ERP Next.
- Provide training and support to end-users, ensuring their understanding of the ERP system and promoting user adoption.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues or system glitches that may arise during the integration process.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, finance, and operations, to ensure the successful integration of ERP Next across various departments.
- Conduct regular system audits to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes to optimize ERP performance.
- Stay updated on the latest trends and advancements in ERP technology, suggesting innovative solutions to enhance system efficiency and productivity.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in ERP implementation and integration, preferably with ERP Next.
- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, accounting principles, and inventory management.
- Proficiency in configuring and customizing ERP systems to meet specific business needs.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify issues and provide effective solutions in a timely manner.
- Fast learner, able to quickly grasp complex concepts and adapt to new technologies.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet project deadlines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in data analysis and system configurations.
- Ability to train and support end-users, explaining technical concepts in a clear and concise manner.
