Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced ERPNEXT Technical Support Specialist to provide technical support to our clients and users. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of ERPNEXT and its functionalities, as well as strong communication and problem-solving skills. The ERPNEXT Technical Support Specialist will be responsible for resolving technical issues, answering user questions, and providing guidance on how to use ERPNEXT.
Responsibilities:
Provide technical support to clients and users of ERPNEXT.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to ERPNEXT.
Answer user questions and provide guidance on how to use ERPNEXT.
Collaborate with other team members to identify and resolve complex technical issues.
Document and track technical support requests and resolutions.
Participate in the development and testing of new ERPNEXT features and functionalities.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
At least 2 years of experience in providing technical support for ERPNEXT.
Deep understanding of ERPNEXT and its functionalities.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Familiarity with Python, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
Experience with Linux and MySQL is a plus.
