Job Description:
I am looking for a freelancer to develop a reliable, user-friendly system for warranty management that enables advanced tracking, stays on a timeline, and provides a medium level of customer service. The system needs to be capable of online registration, automated returns, and efficient tracking of any product warranties.
The system should be able to collect and store customer data quickly and accurately. It should also allow customers the ability to look up their warranty details, view the status of their enquiry, submit support service requests and access detailed product information. Additionally, automated returns will help ensure a superior customer experience.
To ensure customer satisfaction, the system must accept regular feedback from customers to monitor customer service performance. This includes tracking active request numbers and timely resolution of any inquiries.
Overall, I'm looking for a comprehensive warranty management system that meets all of the requirements in order to provide a reliable, customer-centric experience.
Advance tracking including the manufacturer updating the warranty status and it should be visibe to the customer.
