Event Concept & Décor Designer Needed

We are looking for an Event Planner / Event Decoration Designer to create a simple and premium concept for a corporate 25th Anniversary Gala Dinner followed by a DJ Party. We need help with the overall theme, décor and visual setup. Theme Options We are considering: Starry Night / Silver Jubilee Tech / Neon Futuristic You can recommend which direction would work best. What we need Overall theme concept Moodboard Colour palette Stage design Entrance design Overall event décor/look DJ/party lighting atmosphere Cake area styling Simple visual references/3D renders if possible Basic layout/placement of décor List of the elements required to execute the design Approximate dimensions for any custom décor We already have the main production requirements, so we don't need complete event management or a highly technical production drawing. The design should be: Modern • Premium • Simple • Practical • Cost-conscious We want the event to look impressive without relying on excessive fabrication, expensive structures or unnecessary décor. The final concept should be something a professional event vendor can realistically execute.
