I operate a marketing company in the City of Las Vegas

I will have to pay a special license fee to the City of Las Vegas to sell tickets $500
I will have to pay sales taxes to the State of Nevada for ticket sales revenue 10%
I will have to make arrangements in order to sell tickets for your event with system used by venue
I will setup a sales page where you can direct your fans to buy tickets.
I will charge a 15% commission on all the ticket sales for my efforts and to pay for credit card processing and bank fees
My fee of $2,750 is to set up and host the ticket sales landing page and pay for the City license fee
Sales taxes are not included - deducted from revenue
Sales commission are not included - deducted from revenue
$1,750 - research and apply for license and ticket sales
$1,000 - when I have ticket sales page setup
There are no refund for my services. If the City refuses ticket sales license or ticket company refuses permission to sell tickets after my good faith efforts I cannot give a refund.
IF YOU ARE LOOKING TO RENT THE HARD ROCK CASINO - not cafe - AND ACTUALLY A LICENSED PROMOTER, that is a much more complicated with insurance and City and County inspections, negotiations with service providers, etc. but may still be possible.
