Create Excel Macro, to generate output file. Very URGENT

See the sample file. I need that everytime I run macro, it creates an output excel file as follows:-

Each listing will be repated 11 times. What I need the in excel output is as follows:

1) From sample file Column B (Title) - Output File Column A (Title)

2) From sample file Column C (Description) - Output File Column B (Description)

3) From sample file Column D (Price) - Output File Column C (Price)

4) From sample file Column E-I (Images) - Output File Column D-H (Images)

5) New column in output file Column I: Ring Size: start from 4.5 and go to 9.5. Like 4.5,5,5.5,6 until 9.5

6) New column in output file Column J: MPN: for all 11 variations of the item, mpn will be same. So it will start with RHJGJmpn1 (so all 11 variations for 1st item will have RHJGJmpn1), then 2nd item will have RHJGJmpn2 etc

7) New column in output file column K: Primary: This will have a value of NO for all values, except for the row where ring size is 7, for which the value will be Yes

8) From sample file Column K-R - Output File Column L-S (repeat all values 11 times)

I am attaching a data file, for you to try and create macro to generate an output

This is very urgent work. I need it done within next few hours.
