Add exam questions into an excel spreadsheet

I would like to transfer exam questions from the Cambridge International (CIE) A Level Geography (9696 = course code) past papers on to a spreadsheet that can then be filtered. The exam questions will be copied and pasted into two separate excel spreadsheets. 1. CIE Question Bank Physical Geography 2. CIE Question Bank Human Geography The format for both spreadsheets with have the following columns. Paper Date Code Section A/B Topic Question Marks I have started the process by starting the two excel spreadsheets so you can see a model of what should be done. It should be fairly straightforward if you follow the pattern of the two spreadsheets I have started. I would like this done for 100 different exam papers. Below is a list of all the exams and their course codes. Don't copy across questions from Coastal Environments or Hot arid or Semi-arid Environments. For papers 41 and 42 only copy across questions from Global Interdependence and Economic Transition. Don't copy across questions from Production, Location & Change or Environmental Management. Attached is a sample of some of the past papers.
