Dear I would like to present myself as a candidate for the project you have posted about the preparation of cash flow projection model, I am a Qualified Chartered Accountant from Pakistan with 9 years of experience in different accounting and audit positions. Currently I am working in a government owned Group in Saudi Arabia that has complex group structure having subsidiaries in different countries. My role is to perform accounting of Parent Company, consolidate results of all subsidiaries and joint ventures in different countries. I have also attended financial modelling and Excel Crash course provided by Wall Street Prep, this gives me added advantage over others as I can use Excel in better way to calculate profits / margins using different scenarios and sensitivity analysis I have recently developed financial model for valuation of investments in different countries, the model is being used as our internal model. Hi, I m Sohail khan with a master degree in business administration. Beside finance, accounting, i have a very good grip on excel. I had assisted number of firms, startups and businesses by tailoring financial projections, financial plans, business plan and pitch deck for them. I can make a financial plan in excel from the scratch as well as i can change existing financial model. The model , which i i will provide will be flexible and the end user will be able to play with the numbers to check different scenarios. The excel financial model will include, assumption sheet for revenue, cost of good sold , capital expenditure sheet, operational expenditure sheet, personnel salaries sheet, Income statement sheet, cash flow and balance sheet. The file will be supported with the revenue graphs, showing the trend of revenue over period of time, operating expense and net income. It will be accompanying by pie chart summarizing expenses and revenue sources. The break even points can also be calculated. The financial plan will be for next 5 years, and i will completed it with in 3 days once i m hired and data is provided.
