Copy checked Excel rows to a new document

Job Description:
I have a excel sheet and would like to do as follows: Add a checkbox column, and a button.
when the button is clicked all checked rows (but only specified columns) are copied to a new excel document.
In original excel all copied rows should me marked as processed .
